How do I whiten my teeth without a bottom tray?

I have the professional bleach gel and top tray, but is there any way I could whiten my bottom teeth without a tray. I’ll get one eventually but for now is there any way to do this?

The gel has to remain in contact with the teeth for at least an hour. There is no way you can accomplish this without a tray. Have your dentist make you a new one. It should not be very costly.
