I have white fluoride scars on my teeth from braces, what works to get rid of them / conceal them ?

Ive been thinking about those one hour in office Whitening systems ? Ive used the at home kits with custom trays and honestly it only seems like they make the scars a brighter white and do nothing for my teeth..what about “acid-pumice micoarbrasion”..can anyone tell me about that? Id really like to hear from anyone whos had these scars on their teeth and what they did about it.i do NOT want caps or veneers, my teeth are strong theyre just scarred.

Those aren’t fluoride scars. Those are decalcifications caused by inadequate oral hygiene when you had your braces.

Whitening your teeth can help mask them by making the rest of the tooth closer in color to these decalcified areas, but getting rid of them without using a drill is impossible. Expect to have fillings or veneers in order to get rid of them.
